Ro-Am Posters FAQs

Artwork must be print ready and have at least 3mm bleed (image outside the trim area). All RGB files will be converted to CMYK. For smaller runs of poster orders, bleed may not be necessary. The file should be the correct size with a resolution of at least 300dpi to produce the best results.

Here at Ro-Am we can accept most apple mac and PC formats. The preferred options are PDF or JPEG

Yes, we email you a free PDF proof to approve after you’ve placed your order.

You can change your artwork and resubmit the file as long as the file has not already been passed for print

Of course, we provide two design & artwork services. In the basic service we check & convert your design files to print ready artwork or our creative specialists can produce the design & artwork for you from your brief / ideas. Simply contact us !!

This depends on the product and delivery options available :

• All Poster orders placed before 12pm and proof signed off by 5pm will be printed within 1 production working day and then delivered the next working day
  (Example - Order up to 2pm Monday for delivery by Wednesday)
• Upgraded next day delivery FOR POSTERS ONLY - If ordered by 12pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day (at the premium advertised)
• Same day collection also available on request FOR POSTERS ONLY(at a premium)
• All Roller banner orders placed before 12pm and proof signed off by 5pm will be printed within 1 production working day and then delivered the next working day
  (Example - Order up to 2pm Monday for delivery by Wednesday)
• PVC & Mesh Banner orders placed before 12pm and proof signed off by 5pm will be printed within 1 production working day and then delivered the next working day 
  (Example - Order up to 2pm Monday for delivery by Wednesday)
• All Rigid Media orders placed before 12pm and proof signed off by 5pm will be printed within 3 production working days and then delivered the next working day 
  (Example - Order up to 2pm Monday for delivery by Thursday/Friday)
• Other print orders placed before 12pm and proof signed off by 5pm will be printed within 3 production working days and then delivered the next working day 
  (Example - Order up to 2pm Monday for delivery by Thursday/Friday)

Your orders once printed and ready for dispatch will be delivered by either Royal Mail or a next day courier such as our most commonly used DPD, APC or alike.
